Refund Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

 

For non-defective items received in original condition, HealthyHive Wellness charges a 30% restocking fee. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return label. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed minus the 30% restocking fee.

 

All returns must:

 

• Be in original packaging
• Be unused and in the same condition received
• Be requested within 30 days of delivery

 

HealthyHive Wellness reserves the right to refuse any returns requested after the 30-day return window.

 

⚠️ Important Notice (Supplements)

Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used supplement products cannot be returned or exchanged.
